Thoughts: I recalled the thoughts I had regarding yesterday's meditation but they are not important. I let them go as soon as I remembered. I also reminded myself of things I needed to do before going to work today. I then settled in to breathing deeply and slowly.
Affirmations: I did no affirmations today, just calm breathing for almost the entire time. I was not distracted, and therefore focusing on breathing came more easily. I find that the affirmations are a nice focal point when my mind won't settle down. Today was smooth sailing.
Visions: I didn't meditate long enough for visions. I should probably be more strict about bedtime so I can wake up earlier and have more time for meditation. I would love to have half hour sessions regularly.
