Thoughts: Prior to meditating, I did some yoga poses today. I was mainly doing yoga to help clear my sinuses. I did a modified version of Sun Salutation because it always helps sinus pressure. I found that sitting for meditation was much easier, even with that little bit of movement. This makes sense of course, since yoga was developed to assist the body with sitting still with good posture for meditation.
Visions: I went to my Third Eye chakra. Seems like everything is mucked up there. I cleared it out, but it became clear that I am being bogged down by some personal life experiences that are going on right now. It felt good to address my inner self in this fashion, however there is more work to do on myself in my waking world.
Wisdom: Meditation is maintenance of the Soul. It truly needs to be practiced daily.
