Sound: Silence and Breathing
Thoughts: I couldn't meditate until right before bed today. I would prefer to meditate in the morning. It's a great way to begin the day and center myself. Meditating before sleep was nice though, so I might meditate twice daily for the rest of this challenge. While I was settling in, a bunch of thoughts came and went rapidly, and then it was just focused deep breathing.
Affirmations: I just counted my breaths to stay focused on the breathing aspect. It is a great feeling letting the stresses of the day fade away.
Visions: I avoided having visions. At night, allowing visions to come through can lead to dream-like wandering thoughts and sleep.
Painting: I will do an inspired artwork for this day
